Can swings be left outside?

The swings can be left outside for the summer season and we reccomend that a suitable protection cover is used to protect both the frame and cushions from the elements.

Furniture with a steel frames are powder coated to help prevent rusting. Although this process does not guarantee that rusting may occur, powder coating steel is the best method of ensuring durabillity and low cost. Rusting will occur to some extent, particularly where the coating is chipped or damaged. This is not covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Any small rust spots that develop where your steel frame has been scratched or knocked can be treated with a generic rust remover and touched up with a suitable outdoor spray paint.

Your swing carries a long year limited warranty against manufacturing fault. We always advise that end users keep a proof of purchase when purchasing our furniture to avoid delay in an event of a warranty claim. Please follow all care instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
